PAYING YOUR BILL ONLINE HAS A NEW LOOK

Starting today Western Water Company has launched a new online bill pay portal, which will make it easier and quicker for customers to manage their accounts and pay bills online.

The first step in taking advantage of the new system is to register.  Go to the bottom of the pay your bill on line page and click register.  Once you have registered you can start taking advantage of extended features like review invoice history, review payment history, go paperless, schedule automatic payments, and pay with previously saved remittance information.

*Please note: Customers that were enrolled in paperless billing will need to re-register in the new online bill pay portal.  You may sign up to go paperless after registering (select Paperless Options under My Profile) or when making a payment online.
