If you receive your bill via email on August 25, 2022 you received it in error. The balance due reads $0.00. This is a mistake. A new email bill will be generated on August 26, 2022 with the correct balance due. Sorry for any inconvenience.

Due to inclement weather our administrative office will be closed to walk-in traffic. You may still talk with a customer service representative by calling 513-722-1682 during regular office hours of 8:30am-5:00pm. The lobby will reopen Monday at 8:30am. Thank you.
