In consideration of one dollar ($1.00) and other good and valuable consideration paid to __________ and _______________ (“GRANTORS”), by Western Water Company, (“COMPANY”), receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, GRANTORS do hereby grant, bargain, sell, transfer and convey to the COMPANY, its successor and assigns, a perpetual easement, with the right to erect, construct, install, and lay, and thereafter use, operate, inspect, repair, maintain, replace, and remove water mains, service lines, hydrants, meters, taps , valves, controls, accessories and appurtenances, over, across, and through the land of GRANTORS situated in _____ County, State of Ohio, at _______ (Street Address) and being described as follows:

(Attach a copy of your deed as Exhibit A, which is incorporated herein by this reference.)

Together with the right of ingress and egress over the adjacent lands of the GRANTORS, their successors and assigns, for the purposes of this easement.

The permanent easement hereby granted shall be twenty (20) feet in width, being ten (10) feet on each side of and parallel with the centerline of the initial water line as finally laid and constructed across the lands of the GRANTORS.

GRANTORS, for themselves, their heirs, devisees, successors and assigns, will warrant and defend the grants and easements herein granted to COMPANY, its successors and assigns forever, against all lawful claims and demands.

This grant and easement shall at all times be deemed to be, and shall be a continuing covenant running with the land, and shall be binding upon and in favor of the successors and assigns of the COMPANY.
